To propose and implement social and/or spiritual activities designed to enrich parish life, via:

• Building a vibrant community that will nourish current parishioners and attract new members.
• Strengthening loyalty to St Thomas the Apostle Parish.
• Providing opportunities to meet new people.
• Helping new and perspective parishioners and other Cluster members feel welcome.
• Initiating fun activities, for a wide range of people, reflecting the joy of living the Catholic faith.
